Tub Tim Krob (Red Ruby dessert)

我第一次和BBSSF吃Tub tim krob是在MID VALLEY一间买泰式食物的店.

最近小弟弟和女友常来我家住,因为毕业后就一直忙着家乡和KL两边跑,忙找工然后忙interview。

平时如果只是我和BBSF要煮糖水有点难，煮太多喝不完会浪费。

所以趁小弟弟和女友在今天就来学eileenの记事本做 Tub tim krob.

材料和做法我参考eileenの记事本：

14粒 马蹄（切小块状）

1tbsp 红色素

7tbsp 木薯粉

200ml 椰浆(我用包装的椰浆买不到鲜榨的)

80g白糖

600ml 水

少许 盐

7片 香兰叶 （绑好）

4 个菠萝蜜（切条状）

做法

红宝石

1) 把马蹄切成小块状 将一大匙水加入红色素,把马蹄倒入染上红色。

2）将马蹄装入透明袋,把木薯粉倒入，摇晃透明袋(让马蹄都裹上均匀的木薯层)。
3）用筛子，把过于的木薯粉沥除。
4） 煮沸 一小锅水，然后把马蹄粒倒入沸水里，马蹄粒浮上水面即可，
捞起并即刻倒入冷水里。

椰汁
1）将白糖，水及香兰叶放入小锅里，煮至糖溶化, 把椰浆及盐加入，煮至冒小泡即熄火。
2)放入冰箱冷冻.

放两大匙的红宝石及椰奶，再洒上菠萝蜜就可一了。

香兰叶是Doris家种的，那天她带来Office给我的.冰箱里还有好多香兰叶 .

昨天晚上，回到家吃了晚餐后煮的。

那天和家人在one utama 的中药店买的

bbsf 昨晚很早上床睡觉相信应该是病到累坏了在加上赶project时常星期六要回office更累...

有＂感＂而＂写＂ - 1

我在车里牵着BBSF的手然后看着BSBF

他问我：＂做没＂

我说：＂没有＂

（心理其实觉得自己好幸福，在雨天我不用被雨淋，BBSF会把我在到公司。。。）

我们也可以心有灵犀一点通

原来心有灵犀一点通还会发生在我和BBSF身上

今早，天不做美。。一早就乌云密布

这样的天气用来睡觉多好

上班的路上一路上都很塞车，我看到路上的电子显示牌写着

HARI KEMERDEKAAN KE－５５

然后我就讲：＂我们国家独立了 ５５ 年 那么 MAYBANK 不是在独立后不久就有了？＂

BBSF接下来就说：＂我也是在想着同样的。。MAYBANK 不是在独立后不久就有了？＂

愿来，我们还回在一个塞到阿妈都不忍的的情况下心有灵犀一点 ！！！

芒果芝士挞

派皮材料派皮材料我参考eileenの记事本：

120g 无盐奶油（室温软化）

60g 糖粉

1 蛋 （取全部蛋黄部分)

40g 杏仁粉 

250g 低粉 

少许 盐

1/2 tsp 香精

做法：

1）将奶油，糖粉，盐及香精用打蛋机混合拌均，加入蛋，拌打均匀。

2）把杏仁粉加入，混合均匀，最后拌入低粉，搅拌成顺滑的面团。

3）轻轻按入挞模里，把多余的面团除掉，用叉子在底部刺小洞。

4) 放入预热烤炉，以170度烤约25分钟或金黄色。

可做３６可小派皮

芒果Cream cheese

材料：
125g Cream cheese（室温软化）

1 芒果肉 
50g 幼糖
Lemon juice + lemon zest
1/4 tsp 香精

做法：
1）将 Cream cheese 及幼糖拌打均匀，加入香精 ，芒果肉 ,Lemon juice + lemon zest 搅拌均匀.

Little Pink

I called it  little pink.

It's was BBSF give me during i change my jobs to KL.

The color of  the plastic color already turn to yellow.

HUH She  accompany me since 2008 ....time past so fast....

The desire Chocolate - Venchi

My Chocolate time :)

Tq Soo thing's give me this during Raya meet up.

Venchi is an Italian gourmet chocolate manufacturer founded by chocolatier Silvano Venchi.

What can said When i had my first try on this choco ?

i like the feel when it melt at my mouth

It is absolutely delicious not so sweet with the smooth texture

My brother help me on that , He said the choco nice too :)

蔓越莓磅杯子小蛋糕

爱心的蔓越莓磅杯子小蛋糕

香浓的奶油配上酸甜的蔓越莓相信bbsf会喜欢

材料：

50g 无盐奶油 （室温软化）

50g 幼细砂糖

1个 全蛋

60g 低筋面粉

1/2tsp 发粉

50ml 鲜奶+浸泡蔓越莓干的水

45g 蔓越莓干

1tsp Dome +热水（ 用来浸泡蔓越莓干）

做法：

1）蔓越莓干用热水浸泡。

2）用搅拌机将奶油及细砂糖搅拌均匀至松白。

3) 逐粒把蛋打散后加入，拌打成均匀。

4）筛入粉类，用橡皮刮刀搅拌均匀。

5）鲜奶+浸泡蔓越莓干的水慢慢加入搅拌，再拌入蔓越莓干。

6）倒入纸杯里8份满。在面糊上加上适量的蔓越莓干。

7）预热烤箱后，以170度烘烤约30 分钟或金黄色。

自己也好喜欢蛋糕的松软口感

old Spec Vs new Spec

Just broke my old spec while on the way to office. I dunno how it can be broke like that...I just put beside the car seat container no fall down at all...after put my seat belt as usual I will wearing my spec...when take the spec from the car site...it was broke ....I ask Bbsf how?i cannot survive without it....I not bring my contact lence how I need facing computer!

Arrr.....in bad mood

Bbsf just said to me : then how...

What are the response my hubby give me...

So I asking him where we gonna had breakfast? He said you know like blind...we go near your office....

So no choice I already decide no spec for today...

How to work? Just pull the monitor toward to me lol

Lucky is it Friday

And lucky got ah chai and cherris

They help me do that for temporary haha....good idea I like it much

So on the same day,i go for a new spec.

The spec that bbsf choose,he said it look nice and i look more  decent :)

Nothing  Much Diffrent ...from the look  but sincerely to say it was comfort and light 

Raya Time's Holiday 2012 - part 1

A short holiday's with my Parents , My brother , My aunty ,my Lovey Hubby & my dearest friends

A wonderful short holidays. Nice and enjoyable with them.

With my dearest friend, we having steambat section at Pei Nee place.

We gonna meet up for a long dated ...since last few month.

Soo things, Jeng & gf, celine&hubby& little qilin -  for Raya meet up

Nice steamboat the we had....food nice & nice Chat too :)

我妈的NASI LEMAK

上星期我要求妈妈为我煮想吃很久了的NASI LEMAK。
今天如我所愿。。。开心

我最喜欢妈妈煮的SAMBAL 虾。。。

如果大弟弟有在我想BBSF和他一定把全部虾给＂扫＂完 哈哈

其他的配料

妈妈在忙着把日本黄瓜切片，她讲不可以拍很丑。。我讲不用怕很美。。
