el meson @ brunch

I was thinking to having a nice brunch since last week. I had did some searching from some blog and confirm with my dear friend Carol.Yeah ! this Saturday Brunch will meet with Kevin and Carol family members.

El meson,a Spanish cafe is our's choice.

El meson server breakfast from 9am to 3pm. The pork burger that I want to try will be serve after that. I had make a reservation at 11 am for 7 adult and 4 kids. Big group :)

Standard breakfast - big breakfast serve with toast, mushroom,hash brown , pork sausage , baked bean , bacon and scramble egg...

And below is continental breakfast . Just look at the plate 4 piece of cheese :) who like cheese much that the best choice.

Carol, sweet heart sit beside me and she enjoy the meal with us. She like egg much.

中秋节快乐

今年的中秋去朋友的家tumpang庆祝。朋友的家婆煮了很多好吃的菜。

简单晚餐

最近我是有一小勤劳。假日的晚餐如果可以都会在家煮。家常便饭随便吃。

第一道，香煎酿苦瓜

我很少这样把苦瓜拿来酿，平时半条拿来炒蛋。这次就是不要浪费一次过煮完要不然要等到下星期天才煮不新鲜了。

Steps

-----

把肉粹用盐，酱油，鱼露，胡椒粉和昭兴酒 腌制。

把 苦瓜切成圆状用盐腌一下把苦瓜的苦味减少。

然后，就可以酿苦瓜了。接下来就下油把苦瓜煎至金黄。

我把小葱和蒜米爆香然后倒入少许的鲍鱼汁和水用来洒在煎好的苦瓜上就完成了。

然后，还煮了酸菜瘦肉汤 和 第一次煮的蒸水蛋（ 弟弟讲太滑了）下次放少点水。

 

饭后果，把guava 切成片状然后洒上酸梅用保鲜子包好（如果要更好吃可以放入冰块 ）放入冰箱饭后吃：）

A lot of Stroller brand in market , we had do some research to choose the best stroller we think that suitable to us.

Our's target

1) easier to keep ( at least just one step)

2) BB can sleep flat and facing us.

3) can attached different brand of carrier

4) 4 wheel can turn 360, easier move in the narrow place.

We had go thru Quinny , it look trend but when go to how to keep the stroller it's need follow 3 step. It;s was bit messy to me when alone bring bb out .

Maclaren , I don't like because the design .

Combi no idea haha...

The above 3 brands is ours target but at the end buy we buy this stroller - blumbleride Flyer ,that was not in our's list at all.It's also was the first time we listen that stoller brand at Robinson shopping mall thru a nice sales gal.

I did remember that day is the Robinson members day LOL.

我和她是一进大学时就认识的。大家同住一间房。今年是第十个年头。时常会见个面吃个饭。Bbsf第一次认识她和另外一位突然有工作在身的不能来的爱琪是在 pj section 14 的 coffee bean。我们四人正式见面，然后时间就了久熟了。

最近，这大小姐生日又刚在9月9日和朋友开了间律师楼。刚巧那天我和bbsf不能出席所以今天bbsf请吃饭相约在 mid valley 的 pasta zanmai 。

 过后，还去SERDANG SOLARIS 喝咖啡聊天 。

红豆酥皮，早餐：）

第一次试用现买的酥皮，真的很简单不用十分钟久准备好放入烤箱，我烘40 分钟， 170 度。我喜欢表皮带金黄多点所以把时间调较久点。上面涂上蛋黄久可以了。冰箱有多的红豆馅所以做了红豆酥皮当早餐。

Saturday's brunch - Bad Boy Cooks @ Oasis Ara Damansara

Last two week had a great meet with Stanley , Lilian and little monster Ethan at Bad boy cooks @ Oasis Ara Damansara.

The shop we want to having a brunch Mr & Mrs was full house .It's long Q and need to wait about 45 minutes..sorry to said that, now i was not patient to wait especially having a meal...will get hungry easier :).

So, Bad boy cooks become ours choice at that Saturday morning.
