Fruity Pavlova

"Pavlova" - such a great name.
That's the first time i heard the name  "Pavlova" during the chit chat time with my colleague.
"It is a popular desert right now, it is delicious!" , according to my col zakiah.
what is Pavlova? A words that i actually not heard before.
So after back from work ,immediatly i surf on that.
After read thru some explanation, i decided to find a recipe from internet for my first try.
It will be a serve for my dearest guest - my family members who will come visits me soon :)

Luara vitale cook recipes is the one i always refer during my bakering time.Of cause , no miss for this time
i did follow her way.

Below is the recipes from Luara Vitale  that i use for my Pavloa, of cause i did amend some of the ingredients

Ingredients:5 Large Egg Whites
160g  Sugar (next time will reduce the again to 140g)
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp of Corn Starch
½ tsp of Vanilla Extract
¼ tsp of Salt
1/2 tsp of Cream of Tartar

For the cream:1 small pack whipped cream

For the Berries:
Raspberry jam
1 Tbsp of Orange Juice
Kiwi & strawberry

Process:

may refer laura in the kitchen
the base baking in the oven

My family love it much, my little brother request again after eating
It really nice for a dessert . The soft inner and crunchy outer, mixed with the kiwi and strawberry was very very good taste.
