Egg in the basket ? egg in the hole?

"I will do a breakfast to you for tomorrow morning ya.. , It call Egg in the basket or hole."

"What is that?Egg in the basket? How it look like? What a special name hahaha"

All above is the converstion that we had during drive back to home...

It is easy to do...

1)cut a hole in the center of bread
2)melted the butter in low heat ,put the bread and crack the egg right in the centre
3)season some pepper and salt for taste and cook a few minute for both site .I cooked until it turn to golden colors.

serve it with a cup of milk,coffee or juice :)
