I just realize this is pudding.
Get the recipe from internet and i do make the changes to..less sugar :)
BBSF love this much.He bring to office for breakfast.
He said the pudding was great to eat when serve with a cup of coffee and taste nice.
He enjoy much with this lemon curdy pudding.
ingredients

55g butters
80g sugar (original is 115g)
grated sind and juice of 1 lemon
2 large eggs,separated
55g self-rasing flour
280ml
1)preheat oven 200 celcius
2)Cream butter ,sugar and 3/4 lemon rind in bowl.Add eggs yolk ,flour and beat in.mix the cream with milk and lemon juice.
3)beat the white part of the eggs.
4)mix the (2) and (3).Mix all but don't over mix put the remain 1/4 lemon rind on the top of the mixture.
5)put in oven 45 minute for up and down mode.
6)after that turn to down mode for 10 minute for 160 celcius.p/s i don't want it to spongy in the midle.
